Virtual WASTECON will kick off SWANA’s Diamond Anniversary. For the past sixty years, SWANA has provided training and information to the leaders of the solid waste industry. WASTECON is an executive summit for the top leaders of the solid waste industry and their teams Showcase your company’s stand out thought leader with a Diamond level sponsorship. This sponsorship is fully customizable to help you meet your event objectives.

In addition to an exclusive and highly visible presence created specifically for your organization, this sponsorship’s customized benefits may also include:

  • Opportunity to provide approved digital collateral (document, video, or picture) to be posted to the event website for attendees to access.
  • Opportunity to provide a 60-second video to highlight your participation in WASTECON that will be posted to the event website and utilized digital marketing to promote the event.

Sponsorship includes:

  • Opportunity to provide one piece of digital collateral (document, video, or picture) to be posted to the event website for attendees to access.
  • Opportunity to provide a 30-second video to promote your sponsorship in the WASTECON session that will be posted to the event website and utilized in e-mail and social media to promote the event.
  • Opportunity to provide a 30-second promotional video message to be play at the beginning of the sponsored session.
  • Opportunity to host up one, live, scheduled 20-minute session for up to 50 WASTECON registrants. The session could be used for an “Ask Me Anything” session with the keynote and/or other company representatives, product demonstration, new product launch, virtual facility tour and more.

Host a Product Demonstration or
Ask Me Anything Session

$5,000

Introduce a new product or service with a virtual demo. Give attendees a virtual tour of your facility. Host a chat between solid waste leaders and your company’s thought leaders, product engineers, consultants, and other subject matter experts.

Sponsorship includes:

  • 20-minute session of your design.
  • Choose a pre-recorded or live presentation. Your session will be promoted as a ‘bonus content’ and be available to all attendees.
    • Pre-recorded sessions will be broadcasted live before the regularly scheduled event sessions and then posted to the event web site for on-demand viewing after broadcast.
    • Live sessions will be recorded and posted to the event website for on-demand viewing.
