The Southern New England (SNE) Chapter of SWANA invites you to participate in our annual Michael J. Parker Memorial Scholarship Golf Event to be held in conjunction with WASTECON 2023 in Boston. The event will take place on Tuesday September 26, 2023 with a shotgun start at 8:00 am. The day will be filled with some fun and games while catching up with some old and new friends on the course. Prizes will be awarded to the top teams in a scramble format. Raffle, beverages, and lunch will also be provided during the day. Don’t have clubs, don’t worry, the Club has sets available for rent (separate charge).

SNE will also provide transportation, on a first come basis during registration, for those coming to WASTECON and staying near the Hynes Convention Center. We will get you there and back at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. You may send your cancellation notices to wastecon@swana.org for review and processing. Cancellation requests received by September 22, 2023, will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee less a $150 administration fee. Fees for tours or other events are non-refundable. SWANA invoices for no-shows. After September 22, 2023, you are responsible for the full amount of all items purchased in your registration.

Cancellation of Group Registrations: If a member of a group registration cancels prior to September 22, 2023, you may replace this registrant with another person in your organization. Send all changes or cancellations in writing to wastecon@swana.org. If the number of participants in the group falls below 4 as a result of a cancellation before September 22, 2023, the registration fee for each group registrant will be recalculated to the appropriate member or nonmember rate plus an administration fee of $150 per cancelled registrant will be assessed to the group. Any remaining balance will be refunded. After September 22, 2023, no changes can be made to the group registrations and you are responsible for the full amount of all items purchased in the group registrations.
