Letter of Invitation: WASTECON 2023

Thank you for your interest in attending WASTECON® 2023: SWANA's Executive Leadership Summit. We are thrilled to have you join us and look forward to your participation in enriching the quality of our event. To request a letter of invitation, please follow these steps:

Fully complete your registration for WASTECON® 2023 and ensure payment has been made in full.
Send an email to wastecon@swana.org with your full name as it appears on your passport, date of birth, passport number, passport place of issue, passport date of issue, and passport date of expiry.
Once we have received your completed registration, payment in full, and the requested information, we will provide you with a letter of invitation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. You may send your cancellation notices to wastecon@swana.org for review and processing. Cancellation requests received by September 22, 2023, will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee less a $150 administration fee. Fees for tours or other events are non-refundable. SWANA invoices for no-shows. After September 22, 2023, you are responsible for the full amount of all items purchased in your registration.

Cancellation of Group Registrations: If a member of a group registration cancels prior to September 22, 2023, you may replace this registrant with another person in your organization. Send all changes or cancellations in writing to wastecon@swana.org. If the number of participants in the group falls below 4 as a result of a cancellation before September 22, 2023, the registration fee for each group registrant will be recalculated to the appropriate member or nonmember rate plus an administration fee of $150 per cancelled registrant will be assessed to the group. Any remaining balance will be refunded. After September 22, 2023, no changes can be made to the group registrations and you are responsible for the full amount of all items purchased in the group registrations.
