WASTECON 2024 Sponsorship & Engagement Opportunities

Diamond Level – Starting at $20,000
Center Stage Package
In collaboration with SWANA, a key leader from your organization will provide a 20-minute keynote presentation during one of the WASTECON morning plenary. The presentation must be educational in nature, appeal to a wide spectrum of solid waste technical professionals on a topic such as sustainability or a leadership topic. In addition, your company can provide a 60-second promotional video to be played at the beginning of the keynote session. The ad will also be placed on the WASTECON website.
Thought Leadership Package
In collaboration with SWANA, one or more key leaders from your organization will provide a 45–60-minute breakout session during one of the WASTECON leadership intensive times. The presentation must be educational in nature and appeal to solid waste executive leaders. Topics such as sustainability or another leadership topics will be given preference. In addition, your company can provide a 60-second promotional video to be played. The ad will be placed on the WASTECON website as a link in the session description.
Headshot Lounge
Includes a 20′×20′ space for the photographer that will be adjacent to your booth. Photos are sent directly to each participant via email. In addition to being a crowd-pleaser, you’ll be driving a lot of traffic to your booth. As participants line up to have their photos taken, your company representatives have an opportunity to strike up meaningful conversations during the wait.
Diamond Level sponsorships have exclusive opportunities to host a webinar for SWANA members as well as invitation-only events at WASTECON 2024 such as small group meetings, focus groups, hosted receptions, etc.

Gold Level – Starting at $10,000
Lounge Package
Show your thought leadership by hosting specialty lounges. The lounge is a 20′×20′ space that includes carpeting, one loveseat, and one coffee table. You can add furnishings, electricity, etc. to this space, at an additional cost by renting it from our general contractor, Freeman.
Thought Leadership Package
Showcase your company as a thought leader in the industry by sponsoring one or more of the WASTECON Conference sessions.
WASTECON Sustainability Partner Package
Help us promote sustainable practices by sponsoring reusable beverage containers as well as help defray the cost of mitigating single-use food service items during the event whenever possible.
These packages include SEVEN complimentary WASTECON 2024 attendee registrations.

Silver Level – Starting at $7,500
Conference Breaks
Make sure attendees stay fueled with coffee and beverages throughout the conference. Relax and take a break with WASTECON attendees. Silver Sponsors host coffee breaks held throughout the event.
This package includes THREE complimentary WASTECON 2024 attendee registrations.

Bronze Level – Starting at $5,000
Catalyst Package
Host two 20-minute sponsor-produced catalyst sessions in your exhibit booth for WASTECON attendees. Catalyst sessions are an important part of the WASTECON learning experience for solid waste and recycling leaders. Catalyst sessions are an important part of the WASTECON learning experience for solid waste and recycling leaders. These sessions draw a crowd to your booth! Past catalyst sessions have drawn 10 to more than 25 people to a booth. SWANA will scan attendees at your catalyst session and provide you with the names and contact information to follow up. Each catalyst session is included in the WASTECON digital conference agenda. Choose from several different types of formats to for your session such as:
- Solution-centric presentations that introduce attendees to your products and services
- “Ask Me Anything” sessions with key company personnel to build relationships with current and prospective customers
- Host a new product launch or a virtual facility tour

Brand Showcase - Starting at $2,500
One onsite half-meter panel placed in the conference lobby outside of the exhibit hall featuring your company’s brand and messaging, and booth location, if applicable.
One sponsor-produced post to be posted on SWANA’s social media channels.
