WASTECON 2024 Experience

The drive from DFW Airport to the Gaylord Texan takes 12-25 minutes, depending on traffic. Taxi service is available on the lower level of Terminals A, B, C, D, and E. App-based transportation  providers are located curbside on the upper level of each terminal.

The drive from Dallas Love Field Airport to the Gaylord Texan takes 35-50 minutes, depending on traffic. Rideshare & taxi pickups are in Garage B.

The drive from DFW Airport to the Aloft Dallas DFW Grapevine takes 6-12 minutes drive, depending on traffic.
The Aloft provides a complimentary airport shuttle to/from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.

The drive from Dallas Love Field Airport to the Aloft Dallas DFW Grapevine takes 25-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Rideshare and taxi pickups are in Garage B. There is no complimentary shuttle service provided from the Aloft Dallas DFW Grapevine Hotel to Dallas Love Field Airport.

Shuttle service is available at this hotel to transport you to and from the Gaylord Texan for WASTECON. When you check-in at the Aloft, you can sign-up for your preferred departure times for each day of WASTECON (see shuttle schedule below). The shuttle fits 12 people only, so communicating your planned departure with the Aloft staff will ensure you are able to take the shuttle at your preferred time.
