SWANA Event Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to adhere to SWANA’s Event Code of Conduct.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to wastecon@swana.org. Below you can find the refund eligibility.

• Requests received by October 7, 2024:
  • Will receive a full refund of the registration fee minus $150 administration fee
    • Fees for tours or other events are non-refundable.
  • If a group registration size falls below 4, registration fees will be recalculated to the standard rate plus $150 administration fee per cancelled registrant; any remaining balance will be refunded. 
    • Members from a group registration can be replaced with someone from your organization.
• Requests received after October 7, 2024:
  • No refunds; full payment required for all purchased items. No-shows will be invoiced.
